    Our method

    One standard. Three services.

One standard runs through everything we do: reduce uncertainty before boarding, and shape the flight around the traveler. We deliver it in the cabin, we train flight crews to carry it on their own aircraft, and we bring it to the schools training the next generation. We call it the Neurodivergence-Ready Cabin Protocol.

    The service lines

Three service lines, one standard of service

Each line delivers the same standard. What changes is who it serves and how it arrives.

    Service line one

    Specialist cabin service

    For Individuals & Families

    What it is

A specialist flies with individuals and families for the trip.

    Who it is for

Individuals, families, and family offices arranging private or charter travel with a neurodivergent traveler aboard, and who want a specialist in the cabin.

    What is included

    • A confidential conversation to learn the traveler's preferences, comforts, and routines
    • A plan tailored to the traveler and the trip ahead, built with you
    • Materials made for the traveler, before boarding, in the air, or after landing, as their plan calls for
    • A pre-flight briefing for the captain and everyone traveling
    • Your specialist is also the crew for the flight, supporting the traveler as needs arise
    • Pricing based on your needs

    Service line two

    Operator and flight-department training

    For Operators & Flight Departments

    What it is

A training module for your existing flight crew, taught by an instructor who works the cabin herself. It teaches crews to anticipate the needs of neurodivergent passengers, because the flight, the schedule, and the client relationship are all in your crew's hands.

    Who it is for

Operators, flight departments, and Part 135 or 91K teams that hold their cabin service to the same standard as their flying.

    What is included

    • A discovery call to learn your operation: fleet, missions, crew size, and training calendar
    • A half-day module teaching your flight crew the Ethos Aloft standard for supporting neurodivergent passengers
    • Pricing based on your needs

    Service line three

    Neurodivergent-passenger course for flight-attendant schools

    For Training Providers

    What it is

A neurodivergent-passenger course a school adds to its corporate flight attendant program: a one-day class taught by the school's own trainers.

    Who it is for

Corporate flight attendant schools that train to the highest standard of service: crews who understand every passenger, without a word of explanation.

    What is included

    • A short curriculum-review call to find where the course fits your program
    • A one-day class taught by your own trainers
    • Pricing based on your needs
