About the Founder
Denise Miniatis
Founder of Ethos Aloft. Denise Miniatis has spent 20-plus years working with neurodivergent people, and she flies as corporate cabin crew.
A BS in Applied Psychology, an MSc in Counseling and Psychological Sciences, and a career working with neurodivergent people. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming: assent-based, anti-compliance, and trauma-informed.
Denise built it to bring together the two things she loves most: aviation, and supporting neurodivergent individuals. What she found were travelers who were too often misunderstood, and individuals and families who had quietly given up on flying. Ethos Aloft is her answer: private travel planned around the person, where their needs are understood and supported from the first conversation to the flight itself.
Denise can only be in one cabin at a time, and her dream is bigger than one seat. So Ethos Aloft flies with travelers, trains the flight crews who serve them, and prepares the schools training the next generation of corporate flight attendants. All of it points at the same horizon: a day when a neurodivergent traveler's needs are recognized and honored on every aircraft. She flies so the standard exists. She trains so it spreads.
Ethos Aloft provides cabin support and crew training — not clinical, counseling, or behavior-analytic services.
