Getting to know the traveler
It starts with a confidential conversation: the traveler's preferences, comforts, and routines. From there, we build a plan tailored to the traveler and the trip ahead.
Preparing the journey
Materials that make each step of the journey familiar before it begins: the private terminal, the walk to the tarmac, the first moments aboard, with seating, lighting, sound, and pacing arranged in advance.
Everyone on the same page
The plan is built with you, from the first conversation. Before the day of travel, the captain and everyone traveling are briefed on it.
In the air
We serve as the cabin crew for the flight, carrying out the plan you built together, and supporting the traveler as needs arise.
