Getting to know the traveler
It starts with a private conversation: the traveler's preferences, comforts, and routines, shared with the captain and crew only as far as the traveler, or the person legally entitled to decide for them, agrees. From there, we build a plan tailored to the traveler and the trip ahead.
Preparing the journey
Materials that make each step of the journey familiar before it begins: the private terminal, the walk to the tarmac, the first moments aboard, with seating, lighting, sound, and pacing arranged in advance.
Everyone on the same page
The plan is built with you, from the first conversation. Before the day of travel, the captain and everyone traveling are briefed on it.
In the air
Your specialist travels aboard with you, carrying out the plan you built together and supporting the traveler as needs arise. Where your operator engages the specialist as cabin crew, the specialist also works the cabin for the flight.
