Scope

The Air Carrier Access Act, the law that protects disabled passengers on the airlines, was written for commercial flights, and it rarely reaches private aviation. So for a private trip, supporting a neurodivergent traveler is almost always a choice, not a legal requirement. Ethos Aloft is not a legal-compliance service. Our standard is voluntary: no rule requires it, we believe every traveler deserves it.
